The Joy Of Thanksgiving Sunday

Greetings and happy Thanksgiving Sunday to all of our subscribers and visitors to this site. Happy Thanksgiving to all of the individuals and families that are registered with The Good Hood Association throughout the GTA. Welcome to all. It is truly a privilege and an honor to use this medium to bring attention to the needs of our community. It is a blessing to be involved in the lives of people in need of basic necessities.

The Good Hood Association went on a mission to make Thanksgiving Sunday just a little bit warmer and better. We showed up surprisingly to help the homeless with winter coats, clothing, blankets and more. Residents at the Toronto Hotel shelter were also recipients of what we had to give. There is a very serious situation of homelessness that is ballooning in the Greater Toronto Area. There is desperation and anger in the streets. We all know what that eventually leads to. Winter is fast approaching our doorsteps and the cold weather will have no mercy.

Help The Good Hood Association to reach higher heights so that we can continue to help those in need. Please contribute in whatever way that you can. Do whatever you can to be helpful, showing kindness and goodwill. We know what it is like when "the shoe is on the other foot"

Food for thought: What word can you come up with that describes a person wanting to laugh (joy) and cry (sadness) at the same time. This is what this mission and passion entails.
